Book Summary

When a group of kids on an educational trip find themselves stranded in the Kalahari Desert, it's up to Sarah, the daughter of the leader of the trip to help the group get back to civilization. On their way they encounter a new threat - an inorganic life called Metalcium that destroys everything it touches. They must make it to civilization with the threats of the landscape and the people who don't want anyone to know about Metalcium(Khoury).
